The Sheflug list is mostly used for technical discussion to do with GNU/Linux or BSD or open source or free software - free as in the definition which is made clear at the Free Software Foundation web site - http://www.fsf.org. Hardware is also discussed with a view to helping someone with any problems that they might be experiencing. From time to time there is also some discussion of related political or economic or social issues
